MICROS-Fidelio forms sales partnership with Serenata IntraWare GmbH

Hotels benefit from the unique integration of the e-marketing solution Serenata @mail with OPERA PMS and Micros-Fidelio Suite8.

Neuss/Munich – August 2011 | MICROS-FIDELIO, worldwide leading PMS supplier and Serenata IntraWare GmbH, international provider of e-marketing and CRM solutions for the hotel industry have formed a sales partnership for Serenata @mail. Serenata @mail offers a cost-effective solution for emailing guest correspondence directly from their property management systems. This simplifies workflows and substantially reduces costs. Based on professionally designed HTML documents, individualized booking confirmations, pre-arrival offers with upgrade function and post-stay emails are created. Integrated guest surveys can also be carried out. The web-based email templates allow the linking of images, links, downloads and social media sites to offer a lively and interactive content to the guest and so provide an enhanced hotel experience.

The active cooperation between MICROS-FIDELIO and Serenata has enabled a tight integration with OPERA PMS (Property Management System) and Suite8. Customers benefit from the completely automated pre-arrival and post-stay mailings which are driven directly from OPERA PMS and Suite8 – without requiring any additionally interfaces. Moreover, at a mouse-click, the entire email correspondence, such as reservation confirmations, pre-arrival emails, cancellations, etc. can be accessed from the OPERA or Suite8 reservation screens and guest profiles. Thus, the system provides the complete picture of the entire guest communication and correspondence at any time.
