Johann Deil, Research & Development, Finance & Operations

Johann is co-founder of Serenata IntraWare and is leading Serenata‘s development division. In this position, he also directs Serenata‘s implementation services worldwide and the Serenata Product Management. Prior to founding Serenata, he held several key development positions at Fidelio Software GmbH. Among others, he was responsible for the application and database design at key strategic accounts, such as Hilton International, the Marriott Marsha Integration, the Sheraton ITT integration to Fidelio PMS and many others. Johann gained crucial experience and knowledge of the hotel industry in his position as one of the senior architects of the world's most successful Property Management Systems, Fidelio Front Office. Until now this system has been sold to more than 20.000 hotels worldwide.

Dieter Dirnberger, Sales & Marketing, Business Development

Dieter is co-founder of Serenata IntraWare GmbH and is leading Serenata's sales & marketing division. In this position he is responsible for worldwide sales & marketing, business development, key account management and the business partner network. Prior to founding Serenata, he held various senior leadership positions at  Fidelio Software GmbH, Munich including a Managing Director position. Under his direction, the Fidelio Systems and Logistics unit grew from a $500.000 business into a $20mio business unit. Earlier in his career, Dieter was with Compaq Computer, and held several management positions within sales and key account management.
