Neue Dorint Hotel GmbH Selects Serenata Product Suite as the New CRS and CRM Solution for all Hotels - 02/2009
The German hotel group Neue Dorint GmbH has ordered the central Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution of Serenata IntraWare for all hotels, at the same time integrating Trust|Voyager CRS with the Property Management Systems of the hotel via Trust|Connect.
Munich, February 2009 - The German hotel group Neue Dorint GmbH has ordered the central Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution of Serenata IntraWare for all hotels, at the same time integrating Trust|Voyager CRS with the Property Management Systems of the hotel via Trust|Connect. Thanks to the Two-Way-Integration of CRM and CRS, a central profile lookup and thus chain-wide guest recognition is enabled both from the hotel properties as well as on CRS level.
Neue Dorint GmbH has opted for the complete CRM solution for Central Profile and Customer Relationship Management, including Campaign Management and Web Reporting. Additionally, the hotel group is introducing Serenata NetHotel Loyalty; which will support the customer loyalty system. Thanks to the seamless integration with Trust|Voyager CRS, qualified guests will not only be recognized in the individual Dorint hotels but also in the central reservation office. The online profile lookup directly from Trust|Voyager Office enables the staff at the central reservation office to access detailed customer information and forward it to the PMS with the guest reservation.
